Principles

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. To guarantee that you are fully aware of the collection and usage of personal data on our websites, please read the following information carefully.

You can visit our websites without telling us who you are. Personal data (such as your name or your email address) will only be collected if technically necessary, as explained here. We will only collect personal data provided explicitly by you for each purpose, for example through your registration. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your express permission. We will only disclose your personal data to state authorities and institutions in accordance with the law or if we are legally obliged to do so.

Personal data that you have provided to us will be kept for the period of time currently stipulated by law and subsequently deleted.

We will protect your personal data from unauthorised access, usage and publication. We will keep your information in a secure, controlled atmosphere, with restricted access and publication. Our employees are bound to secrecy.

Tools used for web analysis and advertising comply with article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the needs-based design of websites, and safeguard the justifiable need of those responsible. The same is true of forms which must process data in order to answer customer enquiries. The rights of the claimant are protected by the use of special functions (e.g. automatic anonymisation)

Should we employ third parties to carry out specific tasks or services, they will only have access to your personal data as needed to complete their tasks. These service providers are obliged to process your personal data according to this declaration and the data protection laws. By using this website, you agree that data provided by you will be used for the purposes expressed in this declaration.

This data declaration supplements the general Terms & conditions of emarketing AG, available under https://www.intelliad.com/terms-and-conditions/.

For information on the subject of data protection, as well as for objections or complaints you can contact our data protection officer Patrick Radzewitz (intelliad-support@emarketing.com).

 Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API, a map service of Google Inc.(“Google”), to show interactive maps and create route plans. Google Maps is run by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

Google will never place your IP address together with other data. However, in individual cases, it may still be technically possible to identify certain users based on the data provided. It is possible that personal data and personality profiles from users of our website could be used by Google for other purposes which we cannot influence. You may deactivate Google Maps, thus preventing data transfer to Google, by deactivating JavaScript in your browser, however, you will then not be able to use the map functions on our website.

You can find Google’s data protection declaration and further conditions for Google Maps here: https://www.google.com/intl/en_en/help/terms_maps.html.

Web analysis and advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, text files which are saved on your computer, allowing us to analyse how you use our website, with the aim of evaluating the appeal of our website and how we can improve performance and content. The information created by the cookie about your website usage is usually stored on a Google server in the USA. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and then shortened.

Under the authority of the providers of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the website, to compile reports about website activity and deliver further services concerning website usage and internet use to the website provider. The IP address submitted to Google Analytics from your browser will not be added to other Google data. You can block the storage of cookies in the settings of your browser, but we advise you that not all functions of the website will be available to you. You can also prevent Google from recording and processing data created by the cookie (including your IP address) concerning your website usage by downloading and installing available browser plug-ins from the link tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can find more information about Google Analytics and data protection at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en. Please note that Google Analytics was extended with the code “gat.anonymiyze();) on this website, to guarantee IP masking.
